How qualification works in Oregon

Oregon has not established a statewide firearms qualification standard, and the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) does not certify firearms instructors for this purpose. DPSST does publish a voluntary best-practice Handgun Qualification course, but completing it is not mandatory.
